CATHERINE
As an office assistant with Harbor City Services, Catherine is tremendously grateful to be employed. Incarcerated at the age of 35 with two young children, Catherine wanted to get back on her feet as soon as possible. As she tried to apply for jobs, doors were consistently slammed in her face due to her prison record. Seeing how her daughters never gave up on her, Catherine was inspired to keep pushing and eventually secured employment. Catherine feels a sense of accomplishment each day from working and feels that she has contributed to the Harbor City family and her own family. Now, Catherine can be a model for her children to never give up because things will work out.
